Returns and Exchanges

We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.
After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
Drop off your package at your local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will issue the refund to your wallet if we are not notified in advance of the refund to your payment account. The balance of the wallet can be used on your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
